Noel West Lane III, MBA, is a visionary and an organizer. He is a disciplined, multi-tasking individual with a unique sense of time management. Over twenty five years, these skills have been utilized to develop businesses and business strategies as diverse as planning ski resorts, building production style homes in Japan and Venezuela or developing a non-profit, volunteer home building company that produces shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children in Colorado.

Managing time, resources and people, Lane has overseen the planning and development of over 20,000 homes and 1.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and office space. He has successfully developed, re-structured, sold or liquidated 12 real estate companies, formed 2 foreign building and development corporations and developed an award winning, small volume home building company in Denver, Colorado.

Lane understands business development. Business development is new ideas and strategies. Lane brings new ideas and new strategies to business by drawing from broad experiences developed while doing business throughout the United States, Venezuela and Japan.

Mr. Lane is a teacher. Having taught project management at college levels, Lane understands that an effective manager and business developer must extend their reach through others. Teaching, training, explaining and patience are people skills that extend this reach and help propagate a thought process that leads to better teamwork and job success. Couple teacher, cheerleader, visionary and logistics officer and you have the reasons why Lane was able to successfully develop or re-structure companies with assets of over $227,000,000 dollars.

Mr. Lane is a leader and a team player. Whether the leader of a den of cub scouts or a member of a fundraising committee or a CEO, Lane strives to set the standards for success and works with the team members to achieve success.

Mr. Lane is involved in his community and church. He is an Eagle Scout and Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. He has been chairperson of his parish building, fundraising and steering committees. Lane was president of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver in 1995. From 1999 through 2002, Lane oversaw the development of HomeAid Colorado, a statewide, Colorado non-profit corporation building shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children while continuing to expand his domestic and foreign business operations. In three years HomeAid Colorado established 5 operating divisions in Grand Junction, Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder and Fort Collins and approved or produced 8 shelters with capacity for over 100 beds.

Mr. Lane was named 2002 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver.
